Bold ideas, meaningful connections, and renewed purpose come together at LeadingAge Wisconsin’s 2026 Annual Conference and 46th Annual Exhibitors Forum. This pre-conference workshop on Tuesday, September 29, from 1:15 to 4:30 p.m. CT will bring workforce strategy to life by exploring how long-term care providers can align pay, total rewards, and nontraditional benefits with a culture that attracts, engages, and retains a strong workforce.
The workshop begins with a deep dive into the 2026 Compensation Survey conducted by LeadingAge Wisconsin and The Management Association (MRA). MRA experts will share key findings, emerging trends, and market insights to help organizations better understand today’s workforce landscape and prepare for the future.
Building on that foundation, Molly Carpenter, Director of Workforce Strategy and Development at LeadingAge National, will examine organizational culture through the lens of compensation. The workshop concludes with a practical action-planning session led by LeadingAge Wisconsin Workforce Network Co-Chairs Tracy Blaubach and Reggie Miller, alongside Kate Battiato, vice president of media and community impact at LeadingAge Wisconsin.
