Nominations are now open for the Speak Up for Better Health Award sponsored by the Center for Consumer Engagement in Health Innovation at Community Catalyst. This award recognizes and celebrates the accomplishments of everyday people who have worked to make the health system more equitable and responsive.

Nominations will be accepted until Friday, October 29, 2021. Winners will be announced in early December.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a $500 award. Up to three additional honorees will each receive a prize of $200.
