The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) will hold its Aging & Trauma Training Workshop during PowerNET, the annual convening of The Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies.
LTSS Center Co-Director Robyn Stone will present a session on “Person-Centered Trauma-Informed Care (PCTI) Strategies for Hiring and Retaining Direct Care Workforce.” The session will explore the staffing crisis and why a PCTI workforce is critical to sustainable change. Stone will also highlight PCTI strategies that decision makers and direct care staff can use to support hiring efforts and create a PCTI workplace culture that supports retention.
