Trust is essential in creating a sustainable and thriving post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) community for residents and employees alike. This Coalition Conversation will feature a discussion of strategies that have successfully built trust in PALTC communities in the post-COVID era.

Presenter Dr. Leslie Eber, a physician and medical director in post-acute and long-term care, has done extensive work on trust building and vaccine hesitancy in PALTC communities. She will discuss why trust is essential, how it impacts PALTC communities, and strategies for building a culture of trust.
