Powered by the United Negro College Fund (UNCF), UNITE is the nation’s premier annual gathering for accelerating strategies for Black higher education and support for the institutional transformation of Black colleges and universities.

The LeadingAge LTSS Center @UMass Boston will present a panel on “Strengthening Leadership Diversity in Aging Services: HBCU-LTSS Fellowship Program” on Monday, July 17 at 3:15 p.m. The session will focus on a partnership between LeadingAge and UNCF to establish a fellowship program to increase diversity among senior leaders in aging services and develop strategic relationships between employers and historically Black colleges and universities.

Panelists will include LTSS Center team members Natasha Bryant, Adrienne Ruffin, and Robyn Stone; Deke Cateau, LeadingAge board member and CEO of A.G. Rhodes in Atlanta; Macie Smith, CEO of Diversified Training Consultants Group; and Mary Williams, director, UNCF Outreach.
