The LeadingAge Leaders of Color Network will host several special events during the 2026 LeadingAge Annual Meeting, which takes place October 25-28, 2026, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. These events offer attendees unique opportunities to connect, learn, and grow.
The Leaders of Color Network supports the professional growth and career advancement of emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders of color in aging services. Open to all LeadingAge provider members, the network fosters year-round engagement and offers a supportive community where diversity and inclusion are central to leadership development.
The network will sponsor four events that are open to all LeadingAge members attending the Annual Meeting. Two events require RSVPs.

Coffee Chat and Networking: Powered by the Leaders of Color Network
Sunday, October 25, 9-10 a.m.
Brew up some connections! Join LeadingAge members for coffee, breakfast, and an opportunity to network with peers shaping the future of aging services.
Leaders of Color Network Planning Meeting
Monday, October 26, 3-4 p.m.
Join the Leaders of Color Network for an insightful meeting focused on the past year’s accomplishments and upcoming initiatives to advance diverse and inclusive leadership in the aging services field.

Leaders of Color Network: Luncheon and Panel
Tuesday, October 27, 11:30 a.m. –12:30 p.m.
Join us for this meet-and-greet event to network with your peers and hear fresh perspectives during a special panel discussion. RSVP required; capacity is limited to 100 people. Invitations will be sent in September.
Leaders of Color Network Celebration Reception
Tuesday, October 27, 6-7:30 p.m.
Philadelphia African American Museum
Join fellow Leaders of Color Network members for networking and exclusive access to the African American Museum in Philadelphia. Located at 701 Arch Street in the heart of historic Philadelphia, the museum was founded to preserve and celebrate the stories, culture, and contributions of African Americans across generations. Through powerful exhibitions focused on history, art, music, storytelling, and social change, the museum fosters an inspiring environment rooted in resilience, creativity, leadership, and community, making it a uniquely meaningful setting for this gathering. RSVP required; invitations will be sent in September.

When registering, check the box to identify yourself as a member of the Leaders of Color Network or to express your interest in participating in network events. This will allow you to register for all Leaders of Color Network events.
