The annual Shared Care Network Meeting explores strategies to improve shared care between family caregivers and direct care professionals. This year’s meeting will be held at the Hopkins Bloomberg Center (555 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, D.C.) on Thursday, April 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. A virtual option is also available.

Speakers include Robyn Stone, founder and strategic advisor to the LeadingAge LTSS Center @UMass Boston, and LTSS Center Fellows Jennifer Reckrey and Emily Franzosa. Sessions will discuss:

  • What is shared care?
  • Evidence-based models that work.
  • Workforce innovations and challenges.
  • Shared care in the policy landscape.
  • Translating lessons into action.

The event is hosted by Hopkins Economics of Alzheimer’s Disease & Services (HEADS) Center  in collaboration with Caregiver Action Network, LeadingAge, PHI, Gerontological Society of America, and National Alliance for Caregivers.
