LeadingAge will launch a six-month mentorship series at the Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting workshop will provide valuable resources, education, and tools for mentors and mentees tailored specifically for Leaders of Color Network members. The series will continue with two virtual webinars in the coming months and an in-person program wrap-up for all participants at the LeadingAge Leadership Summit, to be held April 7-9, 2025, in Washington, DC. Even if you can’t attend the Annual Meeting in person, you can still participate in this mentorship experience. 

Nzinga Shaw will lead the workshop series. Shaw, a diversity, equity, and inclusion expert with extensive experience with mentorship programs, offered a presentation about three kinds of mentorship at the LeadingAge Leadership Summit in April 2024.
