LeadingAge Massachusetts and Ziegler will host the 2026 Senior Living Symposium on Tuesday, March 31 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET at the Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood, MA.

The event features national and local experts addressing strategic and operational trends impacting nonprofit senior living leaders. Topics include capital markets, operating trends, long-term services financing, innovation amid declining federal support, and the evolving role of home and community-based services.

Marc Cohen, co-director of the LeadingAge LTSS Center at UMass Boston, and colleagues will present “Financing the Future of Long-Term Services and Supports,” reviewing results from the 2025 LTSS Feasibility Study commissioned by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services. The presentation will examine access, cost management, sustainability, out-of-pocket exposure, and their implications for providers facing financial pressure.

Geared toward executives, board members, and senior leadership teams, the symposium enables informed planning through data, discussion, and peer exchange. The program has been submitted for NAB (Nursing Home Administrator) Credits and CPE (Accountant) Credits (pending approval).
