Join us on Wednesday, March 6, from 2-3 p.m. ET for an Orientation to Lobby Day hosted by the LeadingAge Leaders of Color Network. The webinar is designed to prepare leaders of color in the field of aging services to meet with their elected representatives and their staff while visiting Capitol Hill during the LeadingAge Leadership Summit.

Leadership Summit takes place April 15-17 in Washington, DC. Summit participants will have the opportunity to visit Capitol Hill during Lobby Day on April 17.

The March 6 webinar will offer a practical guide to the Leadership Summit Lobby Day process, as seen through the eyes of seasoned advocates.

A panel of leaders of color will share their past experiences with Lobby Day and discuss the value that leaders of color can bring to meetings on Capitol Hill. In addition, Linda Couch, senior vice president of policy and advocacy at LeadingAge, will provide an overview of Lobby Day and discuss LeadingAge’s 2024 policy priorities.
