Jenna Kellerman is Director of Workforce Strategy & Development in the Washington, DC office of the LeadingAge LTSS Center @UMass Boston.
Kellerman works to guide LeadingAge’s efforts to improve the recruitment, retention, and sustainability of a diverse, quality aging services caregiving workforce.
Previously, Kellerman was Director of Workforce Solutions at LeadingAge Minnesota, where she implemented strategies to elevate frontline caregivers, build workforce pipelines, and lead conversations about equity, diversity, and inclusion She holds a BA in communication studies from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, and a MA in gerontology from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, and is a Licensed Assisted Living Director.
